I’m a wife of 32 years, a mother, and grandmother with a passion for helping women live healthier, stronger, and more faith-filled lives. For more than a decade, I’ve coached women in nutrition and fitness, helping them build sustainable habits that support both physical and nutritional wellness.
Today, my mission has expanded to include the powerful connection between neuroscience, health, and biblical truth. I believe God designed our minds and bodies to work together beautifully, and when we understand the science behind our thoughts, emotions, habits, stress, and behaviors through the lens of Scripture, true transformation becomes possible.
Through faith-based wellness coaching, I help women learn how to nourish their bodies, renew their minds, strengthen their faith, and create lasting wellness rooted faith, food, fitness, neuroscience, and the Bible. Because when a woman begins to heal, grow, and thrive, the impact reaches far beyond her own life — it influences her marriage, children, grandchildren, and the overall health and atmosphere of her home.
My heart is to equip women with practical tools and biblical encouragement so they can create healthier lifestyles, stronger relationships, and faith-filled legacies for the generations that follow.
My Scope of Practice
As a Health & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Exercise Specialist, and Neuroscience Coach, I help individuals improve their health through evidence-based strategies related to nutrition, movement, mindset, stress management, habit change, and brain health. My approach integrates scientific research with biblical principles to support growth in mind, body, and spirit.
I provide education, coaching, accountability, and support, but I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical or mental health conditions.
