I’m a wife of 32 years, a mother, and grandmother with a passion for helping women live healthier, stronger, and more faith-filled lives. For over a decade, I’ve coached women in nutrition and fitness, and now I have expanded to include the powerful connection between neuroscience, wellness, and biblical truth to help women renew their minds, care for their bodies, and build lasting healthy habits.

I believe true wellness happens when faith, science, food, and fitness work together and when a woman grows healthier, the impact reaches her marriage, children, grandchildren, and future generations. My mission is to help women create healthier lives and faith-filled homes rooted in God’s design for wellness.

My approach focuses on caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—because true wellness is about more than diet and exercise; it's about becoming the person God created you to be.
